Use Generative AI as an Analysis Partner

This lesson is part of the comprehensive Navigating Generative AI for Leaders program. In this lesson, you'll learn how Coursera CEO Jeff Maggioncalda uses Generative AI models to become a more effective CEO. Jeff will walk you through how he uses AI, from model setup and selection to practical examples of suggestions. He'll introduce you to three suggestion strategies: Basic Query Mode, Context Enhanced Mode, and Thought Partner Mode, and give examples of how he applies them in his day-to-day work as Coursera's CEO. Jeff will explain the methods and walk you through hands-on exercises using Coursera's Playground Labs, a private sandbox where you can interact with the powerful Large Language Model (LLM) side-by-side with Jeff. Jeff will also walk you through an exercise that allows you to use AI to predict how your role might change in the future. This exercise will help you understand what you need to do to prepare for your future job, including what skills, knowledge and abilities you may need to acquire, as well as how to reduce potential risks.
