In Supply Chain Operations, we will introduce you to the key process improvement tools and apply them to achieve excellence. By the end of this course, you will be able to apply Six Sigma methodology to process improvement. You will demonstrate that you understand the fundamental principles of Lean, which enables manufacturers to eliminate waste and make processes more efficient. Finally, you will be able to apply the tools you have learned to improve your own process. This introductory course is designed to give you a head start on your learning journey in operations. You do not need to have previous experience in operations, but it would be helpful if you had a basic understanding of business concepts, familiarity with spreadsheets, and ideally, completed the Supply Chain Logistics course.
