Specialization Innovation in financial technology (Fintech)

This specialization is designed to introduce students to a wide range of financial technologies. Although finance has always been at the forefront of technological innovation, the financial industry is rapidly changing due to new technologies. In the past, central governments and financial institutions have been at the forefront of financial innovation. Today, information technology firms and professionals play a leading role in innovation in the financial industry. Our goal is to show students the genesis and use cases of technology. We hope to familiarize professionals enough with the technology that they can use and adapt it in their careers. Applied Learning Project Stories are part of the human experience. We all have our own stories to tell, but they are also great learning tools. These courses will use a storytelling approach that asks you to play the role of a character embedded in a context directly related to the content you will be working with. This approach will help you relate to the information being presented, encourage you to apply your knowledge and skills in a new context, and give you and other participants the opportunity to reflect on shared experiences.
