About Programming for Everyone (Getting Started with Python) course

The purpose of this course is to teach everyone the basics of computer programming using the Python language. We'll cover the basics of building a program through a series of simple Python instructions. The course has no prerequisites and does not include any but the most basic mathematics. Anyone with moderate computer experience should be able to master the materials in this course. This course will cover chapters 1-5 of the Python for Everyone textbook. Once a student completes this course, they will be ready to take on more advanced programming courses. This course covers Python 3.
