Leading People and Teams Capstone

Interviews in organizations are the cornerstone of talent selection and promotion practices. One of the primary goals of the interview is to understand how you would approach various leadership challenges at work, given your knowledge, experience, and previous work experience. In the context of this interview, your primary task in the Capstone assignment is to use the Specialization content to demonstrate your knowledge of key leadership skills. The benefits of incorporating Specialization content into your interview responses extend well beyond the Leading People and Teams Specialization. Reflecting on your past work experiences using the concepts, tools, and frameworks you learned in the Specialization will allow you to more deeply understand your past actions and their results. Additionally, we have selected the mock interview questions from real job interviews. In other words, you will likely be asked similar questions in future interviews. So by working through this course, you are investing in your own interview preparation and increasing the likelihood that you will do well in future interviews.
