About Displays course
This course may also be taken for academic credit as ECEA 5607, part of the CU Boulder graduate program in electrical engineering. Displays Introduction This course takes an in-depth look at electronic display devices, including liquid crystal, electroluminescent, plasma, organic light-emitting diode, and vacuum tube displays. You will learn about various design principles, capabilities, and limitations, as well as a variety of real-world applications in professional optics. Course Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, you will be able to... (1) Select a display technology for a specific application (LIDAR, imaging, microscopy, etc.) (2) Design a system given the limitations of a given display technology (i.e., addressability) (3) Design a system that maximizes the contract
