Digital transformation

Digital transformation is a hot topic, but what exactly is it and what does it mean for companies? In this course, developed at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and led by leading Darden faculty and global management experts from the Boston Consulting Group, we tackle digital transformation in two ways. Then, we review BCG’s proprietary framework to help you identify key areas for digital transformation, including strategy, core processes, and technology.
