About Analysis of product value and cash flows from investments course
This course discusses costs and business practices for determining the cost of a product. The concept of the time value of money (TVM) is developed to determine the present and future value of a series of cash flows. The principles of TVM are then applied to personal finance and retirement planning. This is a hands-on course that uses spreadsheets to better prepare engineering and science students for careers in industry. This course may be taken for academic credit toward CU Boulder’s Master of Engineering in Engineering Management (ME-EM) program, offered on Coursera.
