All paid accounts are charged on a per-seat basis, with the option to increase the number of seats during a term but not decrease them.
Payments are nonrefundable, and any disputes regarding fees must be raised within thirty days of the invoice date.
Unpaid amounts may incur a finance charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.
