Applied learning project
Throughout the specialization, students will be introduced to project management concepts. You will learn a formal project management process that includes tools commonly used in the discipline. Students will have the opportunity to apply these tools to manage a small "virtual" project. Upon completion of the specialization, students should have the basis for producing a comprehensive final project plan.
