Effective compliance programs

Once you have an understanding of what compliance is and why it might be important, it’s natural to ask, “What do I do about it?” In this course, we’ll look at one of the key factors in creating a positive compliance culture: human psychology. We’ll think about what drives us, what makes us pay attention, what distracts us, and how all of these elements help to build a strong belief in an organizational culture of compliance. We'll look at formal compliance programs, diving into the nuances of how they work in practice. We'll also look at the technology, workflows, policies, monitoring, and training needed to create the tools to develop an effective compliance program.
