Simplifying customer support using AI responses, Deskhero drafts from an extensive array of resources, which includes analyzing past tickets, Knowledge Base articles, and diverse uploaded documents such as PDFs, Word files, and PowerPoints. We also source insights from the customer's (scraped) website content and historical emails. Tickets can be viewed as Kanban-style cards, and with custom fields and extensive filtering capabilities, the experience can be tailored to each customer's needs.
