About Specialization Strategic Leadership and Management course
In this 6-course specialization in Strategic Leadership and Management, you will learn the fundamentals of effectively leading people, teams and organizations and develop tools for analyzing business situations. In addition to building a conceptual framework for leadership, students will develop and practice strategies to achieve immediate results. The specialization covers the strategic, people and organizational fundamentals of creating and capturing value for sustainable competitive advantage both within a single enterprise and across the business of advantages both within a single business and within a portfolio of businesses.
The specialization
culminates in a capstone course: a leadership and management plan in which you will apply your acquired knowledge to a business situation. With the participation of one or more companies specializing in a given specialization, this experimental and practical work will provide valuable practice and create value from the point of view of potential employers from the point of view of potential employers.
