A study conducted by Harvard University, the Carnegie Foundation and the Stanford Research Center found that 85% of job success comes from strong soft and people skills, while only 15% of job success comes from technical skills and knowledge. The program consists of 5 short courses that you can take in any order, followed by a final assessment course. There are no prerequisites for the course and this course can be taken either through the Coursera mobile app or through a web browser on a laptop/desktop/tablet/mobile device.
