About Specialization People and soft skills for professional and personal success course
Knowledge of "soft skills" or " people skills " is increasingly in the spotlight and recognized as critical to success - which is why at IBM we call them "hard skills " and categorize them as "hard skills ."
A study conducted by Harvard University, the Carnegie Foundation and the Stanford Research Center found that 85% of job success comes from strong soft and people skills, while only 15% of job success comes from technical skills and knowledge. (hard skills).
This specialization aims to help you develop these powerful people skills and soft skills and behaviors that include:

There are no prerequisites for the course and this course can be taken either through the Coursera mobile app or through a web browser on a laptop/desktop/tablet/mobile device.
