Generative AI with Vertex AI: Building a Customer Chatbot

In this 1-hour project-based course, you will learn how to use the power of Vertex AI to summarize and classify text and build a Chatbot for a financial institution. We will analyze customer service calls and build a chatbot to support customers. We will learn how to use the Vertex AI console in addition to creating your own programs in Google Colab that call various APIs and pre-trained models. This course is designed for those who want to master cloud-based language AI solutions with Vertex AI. The prerequisites are a Google Cloud account, basic knowledge of the Google Cloud Vertex AI console (the UI for it is simple and very intuitive even if the student has not encountered it before), basic knowledge of Python, including calling functions, importing Python modules, setting variables, installing Python modules, working with APIs in Python.
