About Baby food and cooking course
The nutritional patterns that begin in childhood influence health and well-being throughout life. Food culture has changed significantly in recent decades, especially in parts of the world where processed foods dominate our diets. This course examines modern childhood nutrition and the impact of individual family decisions. The health risks associated with childhood obesity are also discussed. Participants will learn what constitutes a healthy diet for children and adults and how to prepare simple, delicious meals to establish a lifelong connection to easy, home-cooked meals. This course will help prepare participants to become the leading health care professionals, teachers, and parents of today and tomorrow.
