Zammo.ai vs Diib: Which is better?

Zammo harnesses the power of Azure and accelerates projects by consolidating AI tools with a user-friendly interface. This solution removes all time-consuming and complex activities of building and deploying the infrastructure and AI part of the bot. Zammo also provides user-friendly ways to connect to other services on Azure or other backend systems. A recent and breakthrough addition to the platform is the integration with Azure OpenAI. Out of the box, customers can upload their company documents and web URLs and use OpenAI to create a ChatGPT-like experience with their customers. Organizations don’t always have the staffing, skillsets, or financial resources to enhance their contact center telephony or expand their brand presence to meet customers where they are - on channels like web chatbots, telephone calls, voice bots and even voice assistants. They need a fast, cost-effective solution that allows existing staff members with little or no IT skillset to be able to impact their communications without long project timelines or large budgets. Zammo’s innovative software platform uses artificial intelligence (AI) to “analyze” the knowledge base customers already have, and utilizes machine learning to understand inquiries from the audience and delivers the appropriate answer in a human-like way. People sometimes ask the same questions, with slight variances in how the question is worded. Machine learning picks up on these differences, and delivers the correct answer that you designate. The Zammo platform also allows customers to further customize the content and delivery to best represent their brand. Existing staff members, without any IT experience, can get started by pointing our powerful software toward their existing enterprise documents and web url content. Zammo’s integration with Azure OpenAI then searches the customer data and presents the answers back to the audience in a ChatGPT-like way.
