GoLinks vs TextMine: Which is better?

Companies today use upwards of 137 apps. The average employee wastes 19% of the workweek searching for information. Despite efforts to organize resources, nothing has solved the challenge of finding and sharing information fast — until now! GoLinks revolutionizes how employees access and share knowledge by transforming any URL into a short, memorable go link (i.e., go/roadmap). Human-readable go links can be used directly in browsers, emails, chats, enterprise applications, and even in conversation.  Teams can create go links for any web-based resource with a URL — meaning GoLinks can be used alongside any application such as an intranet, sales enablement platform, or content creation tool. By transforming knowledge-sharing, GoLinks democratizes information access and saves teams hours of time each week. GoLinks fuels productivity, with teams using multiple unique go links every workday. The GoLinks dashboard is a searchable and filterable knowledge base of all company resources. Each go link shows a full audit history — who owns it, who made changes to it, and when. This allows teams to easily update go links as resources are refreshed or replaced. With a memorable go link like go/pitch, teams always know where the latest version of a resource lives and can access it instantly. Employees can even guess where to find information — for example, go/401k or go/PTO are intuitive shortcuts for accessing company-wide resources. Whether employees are setting up a new computer or working while traveling, intuitive go links mean they won’t be locked out. Our mobile app keeps teams connected to their resources, easily accessing and saving information on the go. **GoLinks enables companies to effectively and efficiently access and share information at scale and is powered by generative AI to seamlessly connect teammates to knowledge.
