FixRAgent vs CustomGPT.ai: Which is better?

fixRAgent is the step before the work order. A resident sends one photo, and about ten seconds later the property manager gets a Triage Profile: what it is, how urgent it is (EMERGENCY, TODAY, THIS WEEK or WHENEVER), which trade to call, and what to tell the resident. It works beside Buildium, AppFolio and the software you already run. No app for residents. Built by property managers, for property managers.
